Flag pole wall mount.

Hi. I'm Roxy and I live near the ORU campus in south Tulsa. Right next to the door of my apartment there was once a flag pole mount. I thought it would be nice to put a nice spring banner by my door, but I can't find a wall mount plate that fits it. I'm pretty handy and I can mount the plate myself if I can find one. The plate would be rectangular, with the screws placed 3" x 5" or something like that. If anyone knows where I can find a plate that would fit, I would really appreciate it. It's not a big deal, just it would be nice to have. Thanks! Roxy.
