Do you have Painting experience? The Apartment Painter position may be the job for you. We provide the paint spray rig and paint if you have the skills to do the job. We will also train you in any other areas that may interest you (like maintenance, etc.). This is a full time position from Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with rotating call every three weeks. We offer excellent benefits and even 40 % off your rent, although you are not required to live at the apartment community (Arbors of Corsicana). The Painter assists the Service Manager in maintaining the appearance of the property; to perform all preparation, painting and touch-up work on interior surfaces of apartments and leasing office. Some minor exterior painting projects may be undertaken on a less regular basis. Preferred Qualifications * Reliable transportation or live on site * Painter experience for at least 1 year / Must be able to do sheetrock repairs also and use spray rig/roll * Able to read apartment numbers and service requests * Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and climb ladders and stairs * Ability to see trash and cigarette butts and be able to bend and to remove * Assist in other areas of maintenance May also apply in person at The Arbors of Corsicana Apartments
