Beagle puppy rehoming

I have a 1 year old beagle I need to rehome. He is a very sweet boy, he just needs a lot more exercise than I am able to give him. Ideally I would like him to go to someone who works from home or is home a lot, I work 60 hours a week and he doesn’t get the attention he deserves. He is crate trained, good about going to his crate and doesn’t mind it at all. He’s also potty trained, he uses both outside and puppy pads. He naturally goes to puppy pads when he’s inside but with a little training, you could easily drop them. I would include his crate, toys, food, collar, leash, harness, blankets and everything, I just want him to go to the right fit for him.
