Should have broad base knowledge of variety of repair and maint. skills. Including Painting, Carpentry, Chainsaw work, mechanical, animal care,etc. and previous indoor/ outdoor experience. Also needing cleaning office filing and errands, with knowledge of phones, emails, and computing. Able to drive a must, Flexible hrs. Days/ nights with long term potential. starting at $14.00 hr. Must be ok around pets. I have carpentry projects, and just painting ones too. With lots of mechanics and other skilled labor paying at a higher rate based on performance and experience.
