Looking for maintenance individual for periodic work to start

Seeking a individual to provide maintenance, upkeep and repair of a number of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have considerable knowledge across all of the trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic mechanical and electrical repair. You need to be organized and able to effectively communicate with tenants and other company management and staff. You must be able to occasionally work in confined spaces or at heights and be able to climb ladders. We are seeking an individual who likes to take initiative, has a strong work ethic and enjoys working on a variety of different types of tasks. You also must have basic transportation and a valid driver's license. A BCI check will be required before hiring. Position requires on call and winter months for snow removal.
