Replace wood with bricks for flower beds in front of townhouse

Hello, I have flower beds in the front of the house built with wood. The wood is rotting and needs to be replaced with bricks. 3 pictures are of the current rotting wood. 4th picture with bricks is what I want it to look like. The height can be 4 or 5 levels of bricks. You can tell me what you recommend. I can pay for the bricks and you can quote me for the labor of removing the wood and putting bricks there or you can quote me a full price. Either way is fine. The townhouse is in Herndon in Reflection Lake townhomes.
