Customer Service Representative usis a highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales responsible for the various tasks involved in the store front such as customer service and retail experience. The Sales Representative is a results-driven individual who is actively seeking out and engaging with customer prospects.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Setting up displays and arranging merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
Stamping, marking, or tagging prices on merchandise
Obtaining and receiving merchandise requested or selected by customers
Answering customers’ questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise
Accepting payments on merchandise or services purchased
Keeping the store clean and orderly
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Ensure cases are escalated to management customer with special orders or problems
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Previous retail or customer service experience
Must have reliable transportation in North Virginia
Ability to communicate proficiently on English and Spanish
High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to speak politely and effectively with customers
Ability to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions
