Flexible Handyman Needed for Denver Metro Area Properties

Looking for a handyman for repairs and maintenance to help with our residential properties in the Denver Metro area. General contracting skills, plumbing, and electrical experience would be preferred. Odd jobs, repairs, and maintenance between the hours of 10-3PM everyday, flexible hours, as needed, 4-6 hours per day, negotiable. Part-time or full time, negotiable, based on experience. This would be a perfect job for a retired contractor or handyman. Some little day-today tasks at the properties would include items like: -Repair bathroom fixtures/hardware -Gutter cleanout, down spout extenders -Snake drains -Patch walls -Re-hang or repairs doors -Tighten furniture, door knobs, cabinet handles
