Installation company in search of a dynamic, forward-thinking and highly-motivated construction supervisor; with a solid track record of handling “LIVE Commercial Retail” construction projects. Responsibilities:  Determine project specifications and oversee construction plans to meet vendor requirements  Communicate with technicians, inspectors and surveyors to determine project strategies and execution  Ensure site safety by adhering to health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements  Maintain constant contact to define project scopes  Serve as the primary point of contact for client and vendors  Define each construction worker’s role and ensure that all follows the full scopes of work.  Provide assessment of construction projects by constantly monitoring and evaluating performance and duties  Oversee all phases of the construction project and intervene where the need for additional work is obvious  Monitor project and supply budget when necessary Requirements: • A positive attitude and willingness to lead co-workers/team • Excellent communications skills • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in general construction • Experience in supervising construction projects • The ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents • Understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards • Electrical experience - EMS knowledge preferred • Low Voltage Commercial experience preferred • Network device install or Telecommunications experience preferred • CCTV & Camera experience preferred • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions • Ability to Pay attention to detail • Possess great work ethic • Has Transportation and willing to travel Please respond with phone number, resume (if available) and availability.
