Lead Maintenance Tech Residential property management company with 100+ properties throughout San Antonio is seeking a lead maintenance technician to oversee daily remodel of small apartment complex as well as make ready units, maintenance calls, and supervision of 10 employees. The ideal candidate will be a liaison to the owner. This party must be able to communicate site status updates. As well as proctor daily schedules and employee adherence. i.e. Scheduling Projection of completion dates Concise completion Extreme organizational skills a must M-FRI 8am- 5pm On Call- Weekend Emergencies Only HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical Certification Preferred (not required) Monthly Gas Reimbursement (optional) Must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and personal tools. The ideal candidates are prompt, take direction, and are able to strategize the best work day scenarios to complete the assigned tasks.
