ARTIST(s) seeking STUDIO + GALLERY + GALLERY EVENTS ? Would you like both studio and gallery space – and regular wine & cheese gallery events (social, with light [live?] music)? I create very sellable abstract paintings/prints, and preparing to buy a decent-sized house. I only need part of the house for my living space, studio and place to hang a lot of (my) paintings. I’d like to entertain often, ideally with regular social/art events with live or recorded background music. I don’t need the art income; but would support artist(s) who do. To avoid paying the entire mortgage, I’m exploring if there is someone who’d like a residence plus art space or several people who’d like studio/gallery space. Sorry, no oil paint or dangerous vapors. Interesting proposals are welcome, including if the other person owns a space. Please feel free to re-post this where artists could see it.
