Immediate need for a couple of people to provide ranch and grounds maintenance. Initial gig 2-3 days appx. Possible Monthly maintenance. Must have drivers license and clean current record. Must have own transportation. If you have equipment that is a plus! Must know how to operate a tractor. Experience around animals a plus! Work includes: 1. Mowing, weed trimming, brush removal. 2. Moving manure pile and grading. 3. Weed cleanup in rock garden areas around house and barns. 4. Grading - round pen and areas around barns. 5. Install field fencing for interior fence line and repair electric fencing around property. 6. Build stalls and pens in one area and fix pens around other barns. 7. Haul off debris and old materials and fencing. 8. Miscellaneous repairs to stalls, barns and panels. 9. Clean exterior of windows on house. 10. Trim trees around property and haul off brush.
