Here is your chance to travel the state of Colorado selling a proven, locally made product at fascinating outdoor cultural events, stores and merchants. Richly profit from our experience. We also offer fuel reimbursement and generous commissions to our direct sales representatives.  There are markets local to Colorado Springs, Denver, and Pueblo but there are many opportunities to travel even further West… or even out of state. Deadlines for event participation are coming up fast for this season and we want to get you into the best ones! We take hammocks seriously – although this may sound like the perfect job for a slacker, we need reliable, smart, punctual folks. This is primarily a weekend gig and you will have to get up early. Job Description: Complete booth management and sales training Commit to a summer event schedule of your choice (primarily 2-3 day weekend events) Arrive on time – punctuality is crucial Complete pre-show and post-show checklist Manage and handle inventory according to protocol Embrace learning for continuous improvement Maintain orderly, neat and visually appealing booth space Invite customers into booth and into hammocks! Educate customers on product line and company mission Offer customers customized hammock hanging solutions “There’s always a place for a hammock!” “Lifeguard” hammocks for safety; assist patrons in and out of hammocks Handle customer questions with respect and sense of urgency Operates POS system on Smartphone; takes credit card payments and/or makes change Adheres to all uniform and grooming standards Job Requirements: English as primary language – Spanish a plus, not required Excellent communication skills Smartphone Drivers License Larger-sized, reliable vehicle Outgoing, sociable nature – you love to talk to people! You love hammocks! Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Lift up to 10 lbs constantly Ability to stand and move all day
