American Water Damage is actively recruiting lead technicians, apprentices and laborers in our water mitigation department. Our Mitigation specialists are responsible for performing the initial post-loss inspection, advising and assisting the customers on the insurance claims process, documenting and monitoring all damages incurred, determining immediate course of action to mitigate further damage and communicating detailed, on-going information about the project to supervisor and management. Water mitigation experience is helpful but not required. Trustworthiness, flexibility and work ethic are an absolute must!
