High-end HVAC company seeks qualified individual with strong work ethic who desires to learn the skills of this trade to eventually become a lead technician or enter a managerial role. Assistant technician will take direction from the lead technician to perform HVAC cleaning, predominantly on residential jobs. Must have strong work ethic, good personal skills, and be able to pass a background check. HVAC experience is preferred. Duties: * Perform air duct cleaning in mostly residential and some commercial environments. * We work Monday-Friday, usually 7-5 pm. Requirements: * We are willing to train and experience is a plus. * Must be good with people, reliable, have a valid driver's license. * Able to use tools efficiently. * Be physically able to lift 50 pounds of weight occasionally if needed. *Drug and Alcohol-Free. *Honest, Respectful, Loyal. *Excellent work ethic.
