HELP WANTED- Entry position on beam manufacturing line. Shift is from 5am-5pm Monday through Friday and also on Saturday and Sunday if workload dictates. Must be on time and at work every day with mandatory attendance. Starting pay is $10.50/hr plus 1.5x overtime pay for any hours over 40 per week and 2x overtime pay on Sundays. 60 hour average workweek. 30 minute daily lunch break. Weekly pay period with paychecks to be issued each Friday. No direct deposit. Must pass physical and drug screen. Must be able to submit to random drug screens while employed. Must withstand hot Summer temperatures and heavy lifting. Must do whatever tasks are assigned by a supervisor. Room for growth is available on beam line and in other departments if adequate time, effort, and consistency is shown to management. Performance is based on management's discretion. 60 working day probationary period for all new hires.
