Job Title: Maintenance Tech Department: Maintenance Location: Kingsville Job Summary: Performs various maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community. Handles service requests for repairs and improvements of vacant apartments to a market-ready status. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards. Must have experience with drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, hvac, working knowledge of power tools, must be able to pass screening process. Must have own transportation and be reliable and ready to work. Mon-Fri 9:00 -6:00, pay depending on experience. Email interest to: [email protected]
