Compensation: $80 per turn potential • $60 per turn (range: $30—$40 per hour) • Additional $20 per turn for laundering of linens offsite between turns • 1099 Independent Contractor The position: We are looking to fill the shoes of our highly-regarded boutique hotel quality cleaning professional—someone who can also easily handle scheduled regular and deep cleanings and *potentially* Airbnb co-hosting responsibilities. We are looking for cleaning superstars who have an eye for staging and hospitality and want to work with other professionals with the same expectation of a 5-star experience for our guests. Given the focus of our work: managing Airbnb listings, most of our cleanings need to take place between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm (after check-out and before check-in). Typically, the job can be completed in 1.5 to 2 hours. The position includes the below duties/responsibilities. • Cleaning an established short-term rental property at an exceptional level • Ensuring supplies are well stocked and communicating when items need to be purchased • Visually inspecting the property to ensure there is no damaged or missing furniture, appliances, or other amenities • Communicating when amenities/appliances are damaged, go missing or need to be repaired/replaced • Managing cleaning and inventory of linens according to property guidelines • Anticipating the needs of the next guests and proactively ensuring a five-star rating for cleanliness You: • Experienced in the hotel or short-term rental industry • Must be available between 11 am and 3 pm most days with at least one potential weekend day availability required (if you have a smartphone, our app provides you a view of all future booked dates and scheduled cleanings for your planning purposes--we average 9 turns per month in this property) • Dependable, honest, open to learning new things, exploring new ideas, suggesting improvements, and able to smoothly and openly adapt to change • Have a passion for helping others and enjoy working as a reliable team player • Must have reliable transportation and a cell phone (we utilize iPhone and Android apps for assigning and tracking tasks/jobs) • You must have a great attitude, be a positive/open communicator, and work like you want to help us grow and improve and maintain our 5-star Clean rating Pictures of property here: milehighcottage.com
