Help!❗ Adopter needed by 6/4/21, or I will be put down in shelter.❗️ Hi, I'm Caiman🐾(dog friendly! intro required if you have dog). Sadly, I am set to be euthanized on Friday, June 4th, at 8 am. I am E-listed because I get overly excited, and mouthy and jumpy when handled but do not bite. I need an outlet soon because it is too difficult for me to improve behaviorally in the shelter environment, and I am getting stressed…Can someone save my life? I am an active, playful boy! I am a 2-year-old, neutered, brown Labrador Retriever/German Shepherd Mix. During my dog evaluation, I avoided the other dog in the yard but coexisted. I want attention but unfortunately, I jump and mouth to get it. When I am able to settle and feel comfortable with staff, I will lean in for pets, and “sit” for treats and take them gently. I also have been known to entertain myself with a tennis ball. I need a home ASAP where I can decompress and get the training I need. The shelter recommends that I have an experienced adopter and in-home training and requires that I have a dog introduction, a family introduction, and that there are no children living in the home.
