I NEED A GOLF CART MECHANIC

CAN YOU HELP WITH THIS SIMPLE FIX? This is a Neighborhood Electric Vehicle, 72 volts with batteries running in series. If you know how to work on golf carts, you are looking at the right ad. This is a simple quick job and most likely will take less than an hour. I need a mechanic that is familiar with running batteries in series and reconnecting wires. This idiot mechanic replaced my batteries and didn't know what he was doing, and of course did not take a photo on the layout of batteries. The auxiliary components are working and the cart is taking a charge, but it is not moving. It was working fine prior to him replacing the batteries, therefore I think he forgot to hook something back up. If you know how to work on golf carts or a knowledgeable mechanic, please come or text . I would like this problem fixed today or asap. Come by and give me a quote.
