Responsibilities:

Meeting (online) with the Project Manager to devise a marketing strategy and define talent requirements.
Attending busy public spaces and entertainment events to identify and sign up talent.
Sourcing talented individuals through a variety of methods.
Liaising with potential candidates and arranging meetings with the Project Manager
Conducting interviews with potential candidates.
Documenting processes and updating the talent spreadsheet.
Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience in executive/personal assistance, recruitment, presenting or any other highly sociable discipline.
Exceptional eye for talent and strong decision-making skills.
Excellent marketing and networking abilities.
Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interview and negotiating abilities.
Good computer skills and proficiency in using spreadsheet applications like Google sheets.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours and on the weekends.
