Crew Leaders: +$1.50 per hour (after first 30 days and qualified as a driver.) PLUS CASH TIPS!!!! on residential jobs. >We are a local moving company in Ventura County. No long distance or overnight jobs. >TO qualify to drive for us: Must be 27+ yrs old with 6+ years of driving experience with no major infractions. >***$250.00 DRIVER BONUS- (details at interview) >Monthly and annual bonuses for job performance. >Must have reliable transportation >Must have a valid California class C Driver's License to be a driver. >Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry 50 LBS on a regular basis >Safety minded & work well in a team setting >Communicate clearly and show good customer service >Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and weekends.
