Location: Portland (97220) FT/ PT Status: Full Time Shift: Day Shift 6am-3pm Monday- Friday Hourly Rate: $19.25 Trans American Import is a local fresh produce distributor in Portland, Oregon. We are looking to add a warehouse associate to our team. Majority of our employees have been with us for 5+ years as we offer a attractive employment compensation package and work schedule. Benefits after meeting required eligibility include: Medical / Dental / PTO / 401k Responsibilities: -Following safety guidelines and using caution in proper lifting techniques -Inspecting for quality -Attention to detail in a fast paced environment -Packaging finished containers into master cases and palletizing -Filling containers with various products -Clean and sanitize repack area and assist in maintaining cleanliness in warehouse area Qualifications: -Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. continuously, and up to 50lbs occasionally -Must be able to identify and distinguish colors -Able to be standing for up to 8+ hours per day Qualified applicants should respond to this ad with a resume.
