Dumerils Boa with set up

I am rehoming my dumerils boa, she is about 3 years old and roughly 3 ft long or a bit longer, great eater feeds on frozen thawed medium rats, good with being handled and has never tried to bite. She comes with everything needed except a bulb for her heat lamp but she does come with a heat mat. Asking $375 for everything or $250 for just the snake.
