Needing help with maintenance type work

Looking for a labor hand to assist with some back work orders in maintenance. Must have knowledge of light maintenance work! Installing ceiling fan, replacing wood shelf under sink etc.. misc jobs.. must be clean cut and presentable. No drinking or drugs on job. No inappropriate language etc. Must be able to work unsupervised. Pay is $10/hour. Lunch provided. Bonus pay if you do good. Today and possibly a few other days if you work out. I have all tools needed but you're welcome to bring your own!
