Established Philly Pop Punk Band Looking For Lead Guitarist

We are a long established Philly Pop Punk Band that has gone inactive during the pandemic and are ready to get back to playing shows in the immediate future. The problem is, we lost our Lead Guitarist during the pandemic as he moved out of state for work. He left us on great terms, but its hard to do weekly practice with someone that now lives 3 hours away.  We are looking for a new Lead Guitarist that is ready to learn pre-existing material as well as work on writing new material going forward. When we are active we generally practice once a week on Wednesday Nights in Port Richmond, and play anywhere from one to four shows a month in Philadelphia and the surrounding area (Bensalem, Trevose, Jersey, Delco, ect).  We are also hoping to find someone who can do Secondary (Backup) Vocals. We need someone who has a strong voice that can harmonize. Basically a backup singer. That said, we are totally open to the idea of a "Secondary Frontman" (think Blink 182, Taking Back Sunday, ect, have two different singers that regularly switch off depending on the song) if you have the talent and are willing to work with us on the song writing process too. If you are trying to be a Secondary Frontman, you have to earn it.  We are an established band with an established sound that we are looking to grow and expand upon! We are described as Alternative-Pop-Punk, with roots in the vein of early Green Day, The Ataris, and Fallout Boy. Samples can be provided as requested.   We have one album out now and a second album 90% done as the pandemic hit that we are working on finishing up. Our old guitarist is still working with us on this album to finish it.  Everyone in the band ranges in age from late 20s to early 30s, and idealy our new guitarist would also fall in that age range. We are open to giving anyone a fair chance though and are open to people of all ages, races, and genders, as long as they end up being a good fit.
