Pretty interesting post. You have a list of demands that need to be met in order to play with the band and then i see the punch line. You pay $100 to $125 a show. Your kidding right?
Where do band leaders get off on wanting a player to agree to all those demands then have the balls to pay peanuts?
I think this Covid bullshit has gone way to far with no one wanting to pay a fair wage. Why bother going out to play and learn all the songs? I know, i know. Cause we love to play music. Keep telling yourself that. Would you work for free at your day job?
