Vessel Ready needs Assembly & Lamination positions filled. Vessel Ready will be building beautiful handcrafted boats & more in a new facility in the heart of Stuart, FL. We are expanding and looking to add motivated team members. The Lamination position entails cutting & laying fiberglass, spraying & rolling resin, cut & fit coring, tabbing, etc. Path to grow into spraying gelcoat and prepping molds. Prior boat building experience is preferred. The Assembly position involves installing pumps, wiring harness, thru hulls, tanks, spray rails in hull. Installing the liner and deck with associated hardware. Prior boatbuilding experience is preferred. Candidate should have some tools, speak English, and have a working knowledge of basic carpentry, mechanical, plumbing and electric. Candidates with experience in more than 1 position are preferred.
