iPhone found backcountry. Coney Flats-St Vrain Trail

Found an iphone on the backcountry trail between Coney Flats and the 4WD road out of Camp Dick. It appears to be in good condition and is taking a charge. The landing screen has a photo (see attached). The date is stuck on Feb 28, so I assume it has been in the backcountry for some time. Please contact me with details to describe the phone and case.
