Maintenance Technician -full time- available to start immediately for this apartment complex in Lakewood. Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician? Do you like to be busy all day? Do you like to be appreciated? If so, this is the job might be for you! Candidate must have at least 3 years or more of property maintenance experience. Successful candidate must be experienced and knowledgeable in the following, but not limited to : plumbing, electric, drywall, painting, and flooring,. (HVAC a plus but not required). Must have: reliable vehicle, your own tools, good work ethic, be a team player. No traveling to other properties Weekly payroll, paid time off and 6 major holidays paid after probation. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
