Need young man that knows parakeets

Looking for a young man that can care for my budgie from time to time when I have to go away. Requires about 30 minutes once a day. Also helpful if you know how to clip his wings. He is one year old. Does not leave his cage. You will be paid for your services. Please have references. Thank you.
