****THIS POSTING WILL BE DELETED/REMOVED WHEN THE POSITION IS FILLED**** (1) Position remaining for: ENTRY LEVEL AUTOMATED PACKING MACHINE OPERATOR/PRE-WEIGH TECH: - (4) 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm (40 hours) - Overtime on Fridays and/or adjusted start/stop times during busy seasons and as required - Weekly paycheck - Hourly pay scale - Competitive benefits (Health Insurance at low cost to employee, 401k, Dental & Vision, etc.) REQUIREMENTS: - Must have ability to listen, interact and communicate verbally in English. (incentive pay for fluency in English & Spanish) - Operate Automated Spice and Seasoning Packing Machine - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet for extended periods of time - Ability to work in a group or individual setting - Reliable Transportation - Critical thinking skills - Ability to adapt to the work pace and problem solve/troubleshoot On the job training provided.
