Two flame point Siamese brothers

Two flame point Siamese brothers 14 weeks old born 2/19. They are both litter box trained and dewormed and have had flea treatment, friendly with small dogs and other cats and very fond of the outdoors in small spurts. Asking 400 for the rehoming fee for each individual kitten but I'd be willing to rehome both of them to a good home for 700. Please respond with a little info about what type of house you could provide these guys, thanks
