Monday - Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, possible OT Saturday & Sunday 4 hours Full Time Permanent • Salary: $17.00 /hour Depending on experience • MUST HAVE: Minor Drywall, minor plumbing, minor electrical, painting experience· • Ability to speak and write English fluently and possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and customer service skills. Experience: • Clearwater Condominium seeking a skilled Maintenance/ Janitorial with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning, and general handyman work. · • We are looking for a hard-working, energetic person who takes personal pride in his work and can work independently. Must have high honesty and integrity. Must be able to deal tactfully with other personnel, residents & their families, visitors, and vendors’ a good attitude is a must! · • Driver’s License required, Reliable Transportation • CPO Certification a plus • NONSMOKING, DRUG-FREE workplace • This position is mostly outdoor position conditions and exposed to elements including but not limited to, chemicals, odor, weather, and environmental conditions. The associate must be able to work in an upright standing position for long periods of time and must be able to sit, walk, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, and lift up to 50 lbs. • • Daily responsibilities: • Taking out the trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces, Sweep and mop & Vacuum 10 floors Wipe doors and windows • Perform minor, Plumbing, Painting, Drywall, and electrical as well as lifting, bending, and climbing as directed by supervisors and following appropriate safety procedures. • Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner • Ensure the property's appearance is excellent by picking up trash, replacing light bulbs, painting, and performing repairs • Coordinate with the Maintenance Supervisor and team to prioritize tasks throughout the day • Provide excellent service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors • Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs in the property and correct them or report them to the Maintenance Supervisor • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property Qualifications and Skills • Ability to speak and write English fluently and possess excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and customer service skills. • Must know how to Drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, painting • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in an efficient and accurate manner. • Detail oriented with strong task and time management; organized with good project management and planning abilities. • Strong initiative and ability to work independently, as well as with a team. • Must possess neat and orderly work habits. • Ability to work effectively and professionally • Take direction and follow-through with detailed instructions Tools & Equipment Used · Use mops, cleaning solutions, water and pressure washer, scrub pads, brushes, brooms, hand tools, ladders, pool cleaning tools, and personal protective equipment as required.
