We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to be responsible for preserving and improving the great condition and functionality of our residential properties. You will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as painting, HVAC repair, landscaping, door and window repair, flooring repair, changing locks, appliance repair, and anything that may need your expertise. A Maintenance Technician is a professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain in the best possible condition, and improve the buildings and common areas when possible. Responsibilities Oversees and/or performs proper repairs and maintenance of all assigned properties. Performs maintenance, painting, carpentry, electrical, and/or plumbing as necessary. Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment, and assists in the repair of grounds maintenance equipment. Paints and/or stains interior and exterior areas. May assist with grounds keeping needs (mowing, trimming, weeding, and snow removal). May be required to use the plow. Assists with maintenance of irrigation system. Keeps all exterior areas clean, free of debris, and in good repair. Ensures work/assignment areas, equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored and maintained at all times. Performs tasks in a safe manner. May be required to work evening and weekend hours, and be available on-call or for emergency situations.
