Spark plug removal on my f150 please read

I’m looking for an expert. I have a 2002 f150 that has a spark plug that won’t come out for me. It’s number four plug on the passenger side closest to the firewall unfortunately. I need a professional willing to come and remove it. Seized maybe or the plug was installed at a angle making it hard for me and need a professional..I don’t have the tools right now to do so. its parked in my garage out of the sun and probably wouldnt take much time. Let me know what you would charge me and we can work something out. If the post is still up then I’m still in need of this. Thank you
