Professional and Fun Commercial Property Management company seeks a sharp Maintenance Tech to handle the the day to day activities under building manager. Every day will have different tasks and activities. This is perfect for those outgoing natural problem solvers and organized enthusiasts that get joy out of helping others. Company has been around for nearly 20 years! We provide office space mostly to the entertainment community but we also have other professional clients such as lawyers, accountants, designers, etc.. and we strive on building a fun environment where everyone loves coming through our doors to work! Responsibilities: -Pleasing and cheerful attitude towards clients and colleagues -Enthusiastic can-do personality with good communication skills -Must be able to multi-task, anticipate, prioritize and follow through on tasks -Work closely with Operations Associate and Maintenance team on projects for building -Must love working in a team environment but also able to break off to work on tasks individually -Willing to learn and take direction -Basic Maintenance Duties such as: -maintaining clean and presentable building at all times -paint walls, clean carpet with machine, move furniture -basic knowledge in plumbing, AC, electrical Full Time Position - Monday through Friday - 9am to 6pm Monthly Cell Phone Allowance Monthly Health Insurance Allowance Weekly Team Lunches Monthly Birthday Celebrations Please reply with your experience for consideration.
