We are a manufacturer of precast concrete products located in El Monte. We currently are looking for production workers.
Responsibilities:
Perform tasks involving physical labor for precast company.
* Set up molds and pour concrete into them.
* Strip hardened concrete from molds.
* Mix concrete
* Remove product from forms and perform any required final finishing procedures
* Maintains a clean work area.
* Ensure that the proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
Involves the operation of small equipment and tools, including:
* Operate Forklift and bobcat Skidsteer
* Cement Mixer
* Vibration tool
Requirements:
* Bilingual Spanish and English
* Leadership qualities a must.
* Pouring and finishing concrete in forms
* Precast experience plus but not necessary.
* Good Positive attitude
Physical, and Environmental Requirements:
* Lift and move up to 50 pounds (heavier objects with assistance).
* Physical fit and accustomed to working outdoor environments (Hot summer & cold winter)
* Noise level is generally loud on the jobsite.
Job Type: Full-time
Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Temp to long term depending on work performance
