Experienced Property Maintenance Technician Needed Our Company is looking for an experienced property maintenance technician who is reliable, punctual, well-mannered, and respectful. Our apartment communities are located in the South Los Angeles County and North Orange County area. We are a small tight knit family business where you won't have to deal with the politics of a large property management firm. You would work along our other maintenance technician and property managers. Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills that can work well under pressure and have direct experience in multifamily apartment/residential maintenance. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs. Must be hardworking. Must be completely fluent in English. Other languages are a plus. Must have a valid CA driver's license, legally able to work, able to pass a drug screening and background check and drive a reliable vehicle. Understanding of the Following: Technical skills (electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) Painting Drywall Repair Basic Carpentry Flooring General Installations and Repairs Other Requirements: Organization skills Exceptional Customer Service aptitude Ability to present and communicate with owners, residents, clients, etc. Trustworthy Good listener and learner.
