Women don't want someone who has to wait until later when they get home and catch their breath to leave them a message that they may or may not think to look for because dudes are probably checking them out all day. Just go tell them their pretty or say hi. They will let you know if they have someone already. Trust me their usually not shy about that. You will know right away if they are interested or not.
