I have a 4 year old male ghost merle Australian Shepherd i’m looking to re home. I no longer have the time to spend with him he is needing. I am asking a re homing fee to insure he will be taken care of. Please read the description and make sure you can handle him. It breaks my heart to have to re home him but he needs more attention than I can give right now. He is an inside dog for the most part and does not have accidents in the house as long as someone is with him. He DOES NOT do well alone and has bad separation anxiety. I think he got used to me working from home the past year and now that i’m back in the office full time he is not adjusting well to me being gone most of the day. He is very shy at first and it will take him time to get used to you and comfortable enough to come to you but when he warms up to you he is very sweet. He does well with other dogs and kids after he warms up to them. I have to give him a benadryl before leaving for work everyday to calm him down. He has started having accidents in his crate if he is left alone for a long time but i’ve noticed the benadryl does help with that. He would be best with someone who is home more and can give him the attention he needs. I will not let him go to just anyone because he is very special to me and really needs someone patient and dedicated to him. He is very loving and sweet you will just have to give him time to get to know you and be comfortable with you.
