MUST live in Steamboat or surrounding area (Craig,Hayden, Oak Creek etc) This is due to the housing issues in the valley right now. It has been proven to be very hard to relocate to Steamboat currently.
Looking for someone to become our head maintenance manager.
Small Management Company with 30 High End Homes
Must have skills such as minor plumbing, trouble shooting, irrigation would be great, minor lighting etc.
Basic home projects and repairs. Responsible, reliable, and organized is a must.
Starting Position is $28-$30
