Local horse farm in Warwick NY is seeking a reliable individual for once a week Grounds Maintenance. Duties will include but are not limited to: • Weed Whacking, weeding mulching and trimming • Clearing of dead branches and rocks on pathways and in fields • Fence repair • Pressure washing • Painting and staining • Light excavation using shovels and picks • Provide proper upkeep of driveways, parking areas, and other grounds features • Must have stamina and strength for hard labor, being outdoors for multiple hours and be able to lift 75lbs • Must be self motivated and enjoy working hard with hands • Non-smoking work environment Musts Haves: • Good work ethic/ reliable • Must be able to pay attention to details and able to follow instructions • Arrive to work on time
