Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and experienced Full-time Maintenance/Handyman Requirements: Plumbing - Installing toilets, bath sinks, faucets, vanities, dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, troubleshooting leaks, unclogging drains, etc… Electrical – replacing and troubleshooting light fixtures, light switches, outlets. Carpentry – Closet Doors, base molding Painting/Spackling/Hanging Sheetrock Snow cleaning and salt applications when necessary Completing tenant requests assigned by management Other duties requested by management Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment. Candidate and other employees will be working under the supervision of Management. Salary base on experience.
