Tour of Hartland's Kids Race for ages 12 and under. Kids 12 and under get to race down Capitol Dr. with thousands cheering them on. The Kids' Race will take place between the women’s and men’s professional race series. Races will be segmented as follows (colors indicate the color groupings for the race checkin): 4 and under* - YELLOW 5-6 year olds* - BLUE 7-8 year olds* - RED 9-12 year olds - GREEN Packet Pickup will be held Monday, June 21 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Hartland Community Center, 210 Cottonwood Ave, Hartland WI. KIDS RACE WAIVER ALL PARTICIPANTS IN THE TOUR OF HARTLAND BIKE RACE AND RELATED EVENTS ARE REQUIRED TO ASSUME ALL RISK OF PARTICIPATION BY SIGNING THIS GENERAL RELEASE AGREEMENT. 1. I, the undersigned parent/guardian on behalf of my child(ren), myself, and our personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and executors, hereby fully and forever release, waiver, discharge and covenant not to sue the Hartland BID, sponsors of the Tour of Hartland and all municipal agencies whose property and/or personnel are used and all other sponsoring or co-sponsoring or individuals related to the Hartland BID, their officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively “Releasees”) from all liability to me, my child(ren) and our personal representatives, assigns, heirs and executors, for all loss(es) or damage(s) and any and all claims or demands therefore, on account of injury to my child(ren) including that which may result in the death of my child(ren), whether caused by the active or passive negligence of all or any of the Releases or otherwise, in connection with my child(ren)’s participation in the Tour of Hartland. 2. I represent and warrant that my child(ren) is in good physical condition and is able to safely participate in the Tour of Hartland Kids Race. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent in participating in the Tour of Hartland Kids Race and in spite of these risks voluntarily grant permission for my child(ren) to participate in it. I, on behalf of my child(ren), assume all risks of loss(es), damage(s), or injury(ies) that may be sustained by him/her while participating in the Tour of Hartland Kids Race. 3. I understand I am responsible to ensure that my child(ren) is wearing a properly fitting helmet. 4. I consent to the use of my child(ren)’s name and photograph in broadcasts, newspapers, brochures and other media without compensation. 5. I warrant that all statements made herein are true and correct and understand that Releases have relied on them in allowing my child(ren) to participate in the Tour of Hartland Kids Race. I HAVE READ THE FOREGOING AND INTENTIONALLY AND VOLUNTARILY SIGN THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT.
