We are building a pond and need help with final phases of pond liner and equipment. Plus we have a variety of carpentry and other skilled tasks on a variety of projects that should be a substantial number of hours 100+ over the next several months.
We are looking for a reliable person to assist in these efforts. Must have some construction experience and ability to work in landscaping conditions of digging, raking and planting. We are also interested in hiring someone to serve as a property manager when we take trips.
This is an ideal situation for someone retired or that is starting a company.
