I am selling my rat breeding shed. It is 100% turn key ready to go. The shed is insulated and has an ac window unit. I kept this in my backyard all last summer and it worked perfect. In the winter all you need is the smallest electric space heater you can find (usually around $20). The rack system holds 15 tubs and is made from steel, very heavy duty. There is a water nozzle system; 1 big water bucket for the entire rack system. Simply run an extension cord and start a breeding operation. This can be moved in a standard size truck bed. The foot print is 4ft x 5-6ft and it's about 5 ft tall. It has a tin roof so you can keep it outdoors exposed to the weather. In the photos it is under my back patio. I have all 15 tubs which are included even though they aren't all in the photos. Asking $1,000 for everything.
