Join me for an insightful and tranquil evening as we celebrate the kickoff of Mercury’s retrograde that lasts from May 29th to June 22nd, with an astrology workshop and sound bath. So many fear the retrograde of Mercury, but I want to share my knowledge about the benefits of Mercury retrograde and how you can best navigate this experience based on your unique natal chart. My sixteen years of experience with astrology has given me a deep understanding of how we can use all transits to our advantage, including the one’s that are perceived as being challenging. As a professional astrologer, I will collect your birth data before the start of the experience and highlight the area of your life where this Mercury retrograde is going to affect you. I will give you tailored advice during the event, in regard to how you can best navigate the opportunity that this transit presents. Following the workshop, I will host a blissful sound bath, using crystal singing bowls, to allow you to deeply process and meditate on the insights that I have shared. A sound bath is a wonderfully healing and cleansing experience that uses the power of sound waves to relax and ease you into a deep meditative state, while giving you a sense of well-being and expanded awareness. Because Mercury is the planet that rules thinking and communication, I will emphasize use of the singing bowls that are aligned with your throat and brow (third-eye) chakras. The brow chakra is responsible for our perception, awareness and consciousness. The throat chakra aids us in clear communication and self-expression. This experience will take place outdoors in nature during the sunset, in view of the water. You will leave this event feeling light, hopeful and excited about Mercury retrograde, armed with knowledge and a reminder of your innate power and ability to manifest the experiences that you desire.
