Description
I am diagnosed with lupus, psoriatic arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I also suffer from ptsd. My cat was my emotional support pet but we lost her after 22 years. I need a small breed dog cannot be more than 15 to 18 pounds. A puppy would be best because they learn the training more easily. I cannot afford rehousing fees but I do have a vet who is amazing.
