Property Manager, Maintenance Technician and Porter

Prospera Property Management is seeking a Property Manager, Maintenance Technician and Porter in the San Antonio TX area. Property Manager will be accountable for all operations conducted at the property. Duties include, but not limited to: occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance, rent collections and following compliance requirements of the property. The Maintenance Technician will maintain buildings and perform tasks including caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, maintain the physical appearance, curb appeal and upkeep of the property. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: *Property Manager - 5 years experience in Property Management is required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must be able to provide copy of GED/High School Diploma *Maintenance Technician - 2-5 years experience required. Must have a Valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License and must be able to provide copy of GED/High School Diploma *Porter - This is an entry level position, three months related experience needed.
